WinPager still sends alarms after deactivation
Question
I've cleared the check mark beside the menu item: "WinPager Active" in
the "General" menu. Why does WinPager continue sending alarm messages?
Answer
When you deactivate WinPager, it stops checking for new alarms.
However, the processing of alarms already fetched from the IGSS
configuration which have not yet been delivered to all the required
operators will continue. To stop the sending of alarms altogether, you
will have to exit WinPager.
