Editing of references has been optimized. With the introduction of AQUIS
Operation 3.1 it’s a single point of entry for renaming or deleting
references.
You can easily rename or delete references (such as layers, paths, etc.) from
the dialog Edit Reference.
Use the tool Edit References for renaming or deleting references from
your model. You will for example use this function when you have added a
template.
To use Edit References
1. From the menu bar select Tool and point to
Edit References.
Under this dialog you can
- Rename selected elements in your model.
- Delete selected elements from your model.
2. Select one of the following reference types from the drop-down list:
- Layer
- Mea Tag
- Path
- Themes
- Views
Once you select a reference type this will unfold yet another set of
configurations under the field Name from where you can specify your
reference. For example, select Layer and under Name choose from the list of
defined layers.
3. You can now either state a different name for the reference under New
Name or completely remove the reference from the model by selecting the
check box for Delete Reference.
